RETURNS & EXCHANGES – BOOST SPORTSWEAR AS

Right of Withdrawal (29 days)

You may return items within 29 days from the date you received your order.
Returns must be registered in writing via email: kundeservice@boostsw.no

 

Return Conditions

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With all tags and original packaging intact

 

The buyer covers return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale, non-returnable, or no returns

  • Customized items (e.g. printed products)

  • Gift cards

 

This is clearly stated before purchase.

 

Exchanges

To exchange size or color:

  1. Register your return

  2. Place a new order

  3. Refunds are issued once the return has been approved.

 

Complaints / Faulty Items

If your item has a defect:

Send an email to kundeservice@boostsw.no including:

  • Photos

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

Handled in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
